Were you nervous the first time you hosted a bridal shower or had company for dinner? Teach your daughters to confidently and lovingly open their hearts and home to people to celebrate and build relationships. Moms will enjoy taking this class too.

All of us want our teenage daughters to grow in Christ and godly character. Here is some help from a homeschooling family that has graduated 3 daughters so far who love Jesus and walk in integrity.

Pastor Mike & Meredith use the Holy Bible and other living books to teach character to their children and other young men and women in their church. The goal: to prepare them to live godly lives now and when they are adults working, studying, married, and parenting. Many adults go through these classes too.

The carefully chosen books ministered personally to Pastor Mike and Meredith so that they want to pass these books on to their own children. Originally designed for their children, and later for close friends, these classes use the mentoring style of teaching. God’s Girls classes require mom to meet once a month with daughters and Real Men classes have dads and sons meeting once a week too.

Students do Scripture word studies, make booklets & videos to teach these truths to younger children, memorize Bible passages, and write essays.

God’s Girls Friendship, Hospitality, & Celebrations Class is all about showing love to people and building relationships God’s way so that we can be more like Christ. We will look at character traits like friendliness & kindness, building them into our daily lives through hospitality & celebrations. Girls will learn to build solid friendships, show hospitality, and plan celebrations; then pass it on to younger children through booklets & movies. They will learn about friendship, hospitality, and friendship through books & Bible study workbooks.

God’s Girls Friendship, Hospitality, & Celebrations Class  is a fun class! There are parties to plan and events to hostess! Young women will learn to express God’s welcoming heart in their relationships and by opening their homes. They will plan family nights, holiday celebrations, and save the memories with photographs and scrapbooking. Learn to express God’s love to your family and friends in a fun way!

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
