Apologia Exploring Creation with Anatomy and Physiology: Worksheets/Tests

Companions to Apologia's textbook, Exploring Creation with Human Anatomy and Physiology by Jeannie Fulbright and Brooke Ryan, M.D., these worksheets/tests provide a summary of the main concepts in each lesson, particularly the diagrams and vocabulary found in bold print.  The answer keys make it simple for you to check your student's work.  These worksheets/tests can be given closed-book or open-book, as an assignment to do alone or as a project to work on with someone else.

When your student has completed all 14 worksheets/tests, he/she will have a great summary of the whole book.  You can then use this material for a "sum-it-all-up" quiz or game; you can involve your student in coming up with a creative and fun way to review all he/she has learned in this fascinating study of the human body.

This is terrific addition to have with Apologia Science curriculum. I would like to ask if you have this available for the Apologia Chemistry and Physics as well. Thanks so much!

Is this a booklet or downloaded by the internet. Also, is there a notebook available here in Australia for this book? Thank you and God Bless your work

This is a pdf you can download and print. Apologia has a journal notebook available for each of the "Exploring Creation" science books which includes activities, crafts, lab worksheets, etc.. We use these and find them very helpful. They do not, however, offer a set of chapter tests (or chapter summary worksheets) for the books in the "Exploring Creation" series, and that is why I have made my own. I hope they are helpful to you!

Joy in the Journey, this is EXACTLY what my 7th grader needed to make using this textbook a more mature experience for him. I love it! Thank you and please, make more of these! Great job.

If you look at the sample, you can see an extensive review for each chapter. Looks good! I'm going to buy it.

Is it just 14 pages, 1 for each lesson? Or are there a couple of pages per lesson?

Each chapter test/worksheet is two pages, plus two corresponding pages of "answer key."

I'm excited to find this, and wondering if you plan on making others (specifically Apologia's Young Explorers Chemistry!)??

Bit by bit I hope to do more of these. I am a homeschooler myself, so development happens as we ourselves go through the material.
Young Explorers Chemistry is not on the horizon yet; however, I will advertise as new products become available.

I'm glad you like these worksheets/tests and find them useful!

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
