Thanksgiving Dinner! A Fun Study! is a modern look at this traditional dinner. This isn't a history lesson, but speaks more on Thanksgiving dinner itself. This study teaches a little bit about why Thanksgiving is sometimes called Turkey Day, turkey as a main dish, alternate main dishes served by various nationalities within the United States and Canada, roasted turkey, ways to cook turkey, vegetarians and tofurkey, stuffing, various side dishes, desserts, and beverages. Several coloring pages, word search, and maze are included. There is also a small section of lapbook folds and flaps for creating a simple lapbook.
