While we are sure to spend time teaching grammar to our children, seldom do we show them grammar within the pages of stories they are reading. What better way to learn than by observing! Are you ready to really improve your student's spelling?

Thousands of people have used our free spelling program for ages 9-adult, a simple four page approach to spelling that is unique and effective.  Now, Connect The Thoughts is proud to offer the Complete Spelling Program.  The same concepts are employed as in the much smaller and simpler edition, concepts which empower the student to take over their own education.  But the ideas and techniques used are explored in the expanded version in far greater detail.  Suggested approaches to improving spelling, including on-line tools and numerous methods, are offered.  In short, more help is provided.

Based on word identification, the student and teacher are provided tools to improve the understanding of words which are being misspelled, and methods of utilizing repetition (not flash cards...) to master the spelling of the words.

To use this system, the student must have access to a computer with a word program that has spell check turned on.  An approach unlike any other, proven successful, is now detailed and expanded on.  The course provides 40 blank Weekly Spelling Program forms, enough for a full year of use.

This unit is suggested for grades K-3 but is very flexible for lower & higher grades. Knights & Armor! A Fun Study! is intended to be read by the parent/teacher. It is a lesson that speaks directly to the child. It was created to be fun and not overwhelming. The child will feel involved in the lesson, while learning about knights and armor.
